1. 데모 및 운영자 / Demo and operator

이 안내는 Mark Johnson의 KadaCall이 운영하는 White Oral Design Demo 웹사이트와 Facebook Messenger 데모에 적용됩니다. 가상의 주문 정보와 샘플 파일만 사용해 주세요. 실제 환자 이름, 생년월일, 의료기록 또는 환자를 식별할 수 있는 스캔은 제출하지 마세요.

This notice covers the White Oral Design Demo website and Facebook Messenger demonstration operated by Mark Johnson through KadaCall. Use fictional order information and sample files only. Do not submit real patient names, dates of birth, medical records, or scans that identify a patient.

2. 수집하는 정보 / Information collected

입력한 치과명, 치과의사명, 연락처, 케이스 코드, 주문 사양, 요청일, 수령 방법, 메시지 및 업로드 파일을 처리합니다. Messenger에서는 Meta가 제공하는 Page 전용 사용자 ID와 메시지 이벤트도 처리합니다. 로그인에 사용한 접속 코드와 세션 정보는 접근을 확인하는 데 사용됩니다.

We process the clinic name, dentist name, contact details, case code, order specifications, requested date, delivery choice, messages, and files you provide. Messenger also supplies a Page-scoped user ID and message events. Access codes and session information are used to check access.

3. 이용 목적 및 서비스 제공자 / Purpose and service providers

정보는 대화형 주문 접수, 해당 케이스에 파일 연결, 주문 요약 및 기공소 검토 시연에 사용됩니다. Cloudflare는 앱과 데이터 저장을 제공합니다. Meta는 Messenger를 제공합니다. OpenAI는 대화와 구조화된 주문 정보를 처리하여 답변을 생성합니다. 스캔 파일의 내용과 파일명은 AI에 전송하지 않습니다. 이 데모는 파일을 중국 CAD 업체에 자동 전달하지 않습니다.

Information supports conversational order intake, attaching files to the matching case, order summaries, and demonstration of lab review. Cloudflare hosts the app and stored data. Meta provides Messenger. OpenAI processes conversation text and structured order details to generate replies. Scan-file contents and filenames are excluded from AI requests. This demo does not automatically forward files to a CAD provider in China.

4. 접근 및 보관 / Access and retention

운영자와 직원 접속 키를 가진 사람은 제출된 데모 주문과 파일을 검토할 수 있습니다. 케이스별 비공개 링크는 해당 케이스에 대한 접근을 제공합니다. 데모 세션과 업로드 링크는 48시간 후 만료되지만, 만료가 저장된 주문이나 파일의 자동 삭제를 의미하지는 않습니다. 데모 기록은 운영자가 삭제할 때까지 검토용으로 보관될 수 있습니다. Meta, Cloudflare 및 OpenAI의 자체 데이터 처리 정책도 적용됩니다.

The operator and people holding the staff access key can review submitted demo orders and files. Private case links provide access to the matching case. Demo sessions and upload links expire after 48 hours; expiry does not automatically delete stored orders or files. Demo records may remain available for review until the operator removes them. Meta, Cloudflare, and OpenAI also apply their own data-processing policies.

5. 문의, 정정 및 삭제 요청 / Questions, correction, and deletion requests

데이터 확인, 정정 또는 삭제를 요청하려면 아래 Facebook Page로 운영자에게 메시지를 보내고, 데모 주문 번호와 요청 내용을 알려 주세요. 비밀번호, API 키 또는 접속 토큰은 보내지 마세요. 삭제 요청은 운영자가 확인하여 처리하며 이 데모가 자동으로 삭제 완료를 약속하지는 않습니다.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of demo data, message the operator through the Facebook Page below with your demo order reference and request. Do not send passwords, API keys, or access tokens. The operator reviews and handles deletion requests; the demo does not automatically promise that deletion is complete.

6. 시연 범위 / Demonstration scope

AI는 진단, 재료 선택, 가격 또는 납기를 확정하지 않습니다. 주문 제출은 검토 요청을 접수한 것이며 실제 제작 주문 수락을 의미하지 않습니다.

The AI does not diagnose, select clinical materials, or confirm prices or completion dates. Submission records a request for review and does not constitute acceptance of a production order.
